Honeybee Horticulture provides:

  • Event planning (full-service, partial, and day-of coordination)

  • Floral design

  • Charcuterie catering

  • Event rentals and enhancements (including tents, décor, and heaters)

All services are subject to availability and confirmed only after:

  • A signed agreement

  • A paid deposit

  • Execution of documents through HoneyBook.com

3. Proposals, Contracts & Payments

All proposals, contracts, invoices, and payments are securely managed through HoneyBook.com, a third-party platform.

By proceeding with a booking, you agree that:

  • All financial transactions will be processed through HoneyBook

  • HoneyBook’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply

  • Honeybee Horticulture does not directly store full payment details

Booking is not guaranteed until all required documents are signed and required payments are received.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Because our services involve advance preparation, design labor, and product sourcing:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable

  • Event date changes are subject to availability

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in full charges

  • Custom florals, food, and rentals may not be refundable once production begins

Specific cancellation policies will be outlined in your individual HoneyBook contract.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event information

  • Communicate changes promptly

  • Ensure venue access and suitability for services

  • Follow health and safety requirements at the event site

Honeybee Horticulture is not responsible for delays or failures caused by inaccurate client information, venue restrictions, or third-party vendors.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Photography

  • Written content

  • Graphics and designs

Is the exclusive property of Honeybee Horticulture and may not be copied, reused, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.

7. Photography & Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Honeybee Horticulture reserves the right to photograph completed work and use images for:

  • Portfolio

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Marketing materials

Client names and sensitive details will never be shared without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Honeybee Horticulture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Weather conditions

    • Venue limitations

    • Third-party vendor failures

    • Guest behavior

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services under the applicable contract.

We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
